ICT can be both a problem and a solution: it contributes to environmental impacts, but it also offers tools to reduce them. The key is to design and use ICT in a way that supports sustainable development (Lorenz Hilty)

Nachhaltigkeit - das ist weit mehr als Klimaschutz. Informatiker*innen spielen dabei eine Schlüsselrolle. In dieser Vorlesung geht es sowohl darum, problems mit ICT zu minimieren, als auch innovative solutions zu finden.
